Do you offer drop-off services?
No, at the moment, we don't offer drop-off services.
What form of payment do your machines take?
Our machines accept both quarters and payments via the PayRange app.
Do you have a change machine?
Yes, located at the rear of the store. The changer accepts $20s, $10s, $5s, and $1s.
Where are you located?
We're nestled within the Schoolhouse Square complex, just steps away from Cascade Farm & Outdoor, conveniently positioned at the intersection of River Rd and Chemawa Rd.
What are your hours?
Our hours of operation are from 6am to 10pm every day. Please be aware that our doors AUTOMATICALLY lock at 10pm.
What if I'm locked out of the building after 10 pm?
While you can exit the building, re-entry is not permitted as there is no attendant on site to provide access. We kindly ask that you return when the doors automatically reopen at 6am. Thank you for your understanding
To request a refund for a malfunctioning machine, follow these steps based on your form of payment:
If you paid with coins: First, head towards the rear left corner of the store to find the slot with 'out of order' tags. Tear off the top portion of the tag, then tape it to the malfunctioned machine. Next, fill out the bottom portion of the tag and insert it into the black mailbox. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 weeks.
If you paid with PayRange: Simply request a refund through the app.
If a machine is stuck on 1 minute and appears locked, there are two possible reasons:
Either the machine is unbalanced due to overloading or oversudding from excessive laundry soap. In either case, the machine will self-correct to balance the load or wait for the suds to dissipate. This process typically takes 15-20 minutes. Once corrected, the washer will unlock, but your load may still be soaking wet. To address this, please transfer the load to one of our larger washers for a successful cycle. Additionally, please fill out an 'out of order' tag for a refund on the amount of money lost during this process.
